Today was a big day for Haley---she nailed her back handspring without a spot. It was so awesome. I can't believe she's doing back handsprings by herself! She's got down her back- walkovers and is getting pretty close to getting her front- walkovers. Alyssa also had a great accomplishment today. She was able to do a kick-over by herself from a bridge. Her coordination has really come a long way since she's started gymnastics.
